Analysis and Mitigation of the Risk of Defects in Textile Products in the Convection Industry (Cv.Arrosya) Using the Fishbone Diagram Method
Abstract
The research analyzes the impact of product defects on Arrosya convection, so systematic risk control is needed. Product defects can cause failure to manufacture a product. The aim of this research is to analyze product defects in one company, namely CV Arrosya. Where product defects exist, there are two risks, namely opportunity and severity. The method used refers to two approaches, namely a qualitative approach in the form of interviews and questionnaires, and a quantitative approach using the Fishbone Diagram method.
