Analisis Analisis Risiko menggunakan Best Worst Method pada Group Order by BBR

The large number of K-pop fans in Indonesia presents an opportunity for many merchandise merchants due to the complexities involved in purchasing directly from Korea. GO by BBR is one of the group orders that provides purchasing services from official stores in Korea. Over the past 3 months, there have been 4 risk events: prolonged customs clearance, delays in shipments from South Korea to Indonesia, extended durations for money transfers from GO admin to sellers, and extended durations for shipments to buyers. Researchers used the Best Worst Method to prioritize risks that need immediate attention, as each event has occurred only once and resulted in customer dissatisfaction. The findings indicate that the prolonged customs clearance, scoring 0.2625 with a weight of 2, should be given top priority, followed by delays in shipments from South Korea to Indonesia, scoring 0.225 with a weight of 3. The duration for money transfers from GO admin to sellers scored 0 with a weight of 3, and the duration of shipments to buyers scored 0.13125 with a weight of 2. Therefore, addressing the prolonged customs clearance should be the primary focus.
